Tour Conditions
Rate
All rates are quoted nett in US Dollar and subject to change without notice.
Payment
A deposit of minimum 30 % of tour cost is required within 30 days after confirmation of the tour. Full payment must
be made (30) days prior to the arrival of the clients. Payment can be made by telegraph to Myanmar Investment &
Commercial Bank (MICB)

Cancellation
No cancellation fee will be charged 30 days prior to the commencement of the tour. Cancellation fees are as follows.
(1) (30) days prior to arrival - NIL.
(2) (29) days to (22) days prior to arrival - US$ 50 per person.
(3) (21) days to (8) days prior to arrival 20 percent of tour cost.
(4) Less than (8) days or to arrival 25 percent of tour cost
Refund of unused services.
After commencement of travel, no refund will be given for programmed services which are not utilized by the clients in
part of full.
Package Tour
Package tour includes meeting and assistance by tour guide on arrival and departure, transfer, portage for two
baggages per person, city sightseeing and excursion, hotel accommodation on full board basis. The adventure tours, the bird watching tours, the trekking trip, the beach tours, the gardens and parks tours, the highlights on 28 days visa, but special tour may be extended later as and when visa are extended.
Tour Quotation
Tour Quotation is including entrance, fees for standard tour and superior-tour.
Guide services
All transfer and sightseeing are escorted by local guides or stationed guides, however the cost of special language guide
(Italian, German etc.) requested to accompany the tour throughout, US$ 25 per day may be additional. All guides assigned
are qualified ones.
Meals
All meals will be provided at Hotels and local flavour dishes at the well
known restaurant.
Accommodation
Hotel accommodation will be arranged from 4 or 5 stars International Hotel to economy and budgets hotel, due to the requirements of the tours.
Responsibility
Conflux Travel & Tours Co., Ltd acts as intermediary between the concerned tour enterprises as regards with travel by
railways, motor cars, motor coaches, motor boats, airplane, or any other means of transport.
Therefore, it is not responsible for our loss, injury, damage, accidents, delay or irregularity sustained by the tourists,
including these occurring outside the tour programmes. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accident, natural disaster
and other unforeseen circumstances shall be born by the tourists themselves.
